I would suggest to remove this app cause it’s not helping the penang community at all. This should be maintain by a low cost developer. It’s not a user friendly at all and too complicated. A email verification take 1 day+ it’s not an instant verification. I try to call the customer service and even send email both are useless. When we try to pick different bank for e banking whatever bank we choose doesn’t matter it always end up going to maybank so so troublesome. The UI itself look like a college student design I think even college students can make better interface then this app. I think most penang citizen will rather go komtar to make a payment or for inquiry rather than wasting time on this stupid app. I hope you guys consider to add on PBA at Tng utility billing. Every state water utility has join partnership with tng . Only this Penang need to be developed.

Please update your app and do make a checking on it, not just purely create and let user to use. Please at least run few times and check whether whats the problem, cannot refresh even payment has been made. So is your app problem or pba meter went wrong? Why I received receipt from email but didn’t refresh then coming month still collect from me??? Keep accumulated the amount!

Sorry to say, this app is really useless! After full payment is done, nothing has ever been refreshed. You can't even make the core function working. I doubt any of the other function is working. I can only say this app is developed and managed by a group of low knowledge people who worked under a failed company. This is the result of getting the wrong people to manage/do a important task. :)
