I have had ADS as my Security Service Provider for several years now & have remained impressed with their genuine concern, dedication & professional service - which each & every one of their staff, including Supervisors, has illustrated consistently throughout our relationship. They have shown compassion during times of unforeseen, difficult financial struggles- proving their genuine concern for my continued safety, which is absolutely priceless! Their response time to all alerts was impeccable & impressive which has allowed myself the piece of mind one needs in a Security Provider(s) as well as, supplying the most UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT & System Communication capabilities... their App used with their Services/System has been both continuously reliable & a literal JOY to navigate with such an impressive, user friendly control panel & has undoubtedly added great value to their overall system & has eased my mind over the years, in supplying me with the convenient tools, in hand, that today’s advanced systems require for both reliability & controlled functionality by the user, when at home or most importantly AWAY from their (our) precious home, business, pets, loved ones & belongings! I recently switched to ADS from a different security provider for several reasons, but mainly due to the genuineness of Steve (salesman) and James (technician). Steve went out of his way to research products and find the best fit system for our needs. James and his sidekick Daniel relentlessly and patiently worked to optimize as much equipment as they could that I already owned as well as the additional equipment that I purchased! I also appreciate how ADS does not lock down your equipment! You are able to do and program with it as you please which was a big change from my last security company. I would recommend ADS to anyone! Thank you!

Love this app. Works great for the most part. You will sometimes notice a delay on your cell when you arm/disarm the system. When you hit arm/disarm while you are standing in front of the actual panel and then panel will arm and sometimes you get an error message on your app that it did not arm while it actually did. Have been satisfied with ADS overall thus far. Set alarm off on purpose to see the response time to call me....12 seconds. Actually done this twice over the span of a couple weeks. Second time they called me in 16 seconds!!!! Very nice!
