Airdog X

Same issue here as several others have noted. The app worked well for the first week. Then it started dropping the connection and I had to reset the air purifier and log in to the app again. Did that 3 or 4 times and then it started telling me that I was using the “incorrect password.” I tried to reset the password, using the “forget password” link. All it does is an endless spinning wheel of death. No email to reset the password ever comes. I tried to set up the account again and the system says the user already exists. The air purifier itself seems to work well. Although I just started getting the “—C—“ symbol on the readout when the unit does not appear to be dirty. First time this happened this morning, but I have only had the unit for a few months. We’ll see if this continues.

I used to have an account but since I changed my phone I redownloaded the app. I entered my account and it told me the account does not exist so I tried “forget my password”, it still tells me the account does not exist. So I tried sign up with the same email address and it tells me the account already exist! What a joke!

After the last few bad reviews I gave this app I was doubting they’d ever get it working. With this latest update though, they finally did it. It now finds my network, my Airdog, and works perfectly. Thank you and please leave it working this time. Updates are only good when they actually work!
