Why does the opening only invite users to download games other than Catan? A user expects to see something like what’s depicted in the advertising … instead you get a set of totally unrelated games, which take a very long time to load, and then there is no mention of Catan — anywhere! Did I download some kind of virus? If this is your App, you need to take it out of the App Store and immediately stop pitching it on the Catan website unless you are hoping to actively lose customers. Please fix this or get rid of it now!
Was so excited about this idea. The instruction book was overwhelming for me. Nothing on this matched what was in my book and the animations didn’t work. The set up for this didn’t match the beginners set up in my book. Couldn’t see where to place initial playing pieces.
I gave three stars because it’s at great idea to have an assistant to learning the game. However, the animations don’t work. None of the pieces are shown on the board when moving through the instructions. Also, there isn’t options for the other games in the Catan universe such as cities and knights, barbarians and traders, etc.
So, you have a copy of the CATAN board game, and want to get playing right away. But, you have no time or desire to read rules–let alone explain them...
