EQ Smart-Level

I used this app without any issues on my old iPhone X for years. Now that I have an iPhone 14 the app can’t see my phone and my phone can’t see the device either. I have done everything the EQ support staff have suggested and still can’t pair. The last response I got from support was basically I don’t know anything about your new phone but if it worked with your old phone there is no issue with the device. Seems odd that this is the only Bluetooth device (and I have many)that I can’t see or connect to…

Had no problem connecting or operating but after leveling I get no indication it is level or done. Would be nice to get four green checks to show it is done, or red or yellow exclamations to show it is unlevel on certain sides.

Equalizer leveling systems customer service is second to none. I had a problem with one of my jacks from the factory. The dealer said it would be three months before they could get it replaced. I worked with a representative at equalizer and they had me fixed in less than a week so I could go on my scheduled trip. the people were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. that’s the way I like to do business. no nonsense customer satisfaction 100%.
