Worst app and a horrible experience. I already had an account, but when I tried to log in, I was asked to reset my PIN. I requested an OTP, and I received 6 different OTPs, but the “Validate” button simply did not work. After trying multiple times, I still couldn’t log in. My bigger question is for the government and the app developers: If the app is not working properly, why is there no manual transaction or offline alternative? Why should ordinary citizens suffer because of technical issues in an app? This becomes even more serious for elderly people and people who are not comfortable with technology. What are they supposed to do when the app fails? Should they simply turn back and miss their journey because of poor app development and planning? Technology is supposed to make things easier, not create unnecessary problems for citizens. Please fix the app, provide a reliable alternative for failed transactions, and think about accessibility for everyone before making app-only services mandatory.

Totally unusable app. The login page does not work. You enter your phone number and PIN, click on Submit, but nothing happens. Same with the Sign Up / Create Account page. There’s absolutely no way to login to use this app. I’ve tried reinstalling, different numbers, etc., but nothing works. It used to work earlier but not anymore.
