Everytime I try to log in, I’m unable to and when I try to use the reset password feature I get a message that an error has occurred and I have to contact support. I never had issues with the aspirant app until they switched over to this awful one.
Difficult to submit receipts and the receipts they accept doesn’t make sense. I had a problem with blood work and it was difficult to resolve
Unfortunately this year, when I try to use this card the error code “expiration date does not match card” comes up and every transaction is denied, I have called multiples times - called the entities who are running the card to ensure they have all the accurate numbers ( including expiration - which they do) and even after multiple tries same error code and denial. Still the Point C reps said “someone must be typing card number in wrong” but this just isn’t the case. They offered to give me a new card with a new number, I received it in the mail quickly, and yet at each use the exact same error code comes up, resulting in a denial. This didn’t happen the year prior, but now there is some issue with the card or my account or a glitch that seems hung up on the Point C side, but they cannot figure it out. I’m considering not using the flex next year at all due to this.
