After last weeks update, the app just says “completing update” with a status bar that never changes. I tried reporting the issue through the App Store but that’s not working either, so now I’m submitting a 1 star review for hopes it’ll get seen. The tellers hadn’t heard of any issues with the app.

Saves so much time and I can keep track so much easier! Thank you!!

I live in Hardinsburg and work in Louisville, Ky. I keep my time set an hour ahead in my phone to keep on work time. Because of this, the app keeps giving me an “Authentication Issue” error message. I cannot even use the app without switching my iPhone to automatic time settings. Yet others can... Very disappointing.
