I really like this AI fitness coach app it is easy to use, smart, and very helpful. It explains each exercise clearly and shows the correct form with videos, which makes training easier. It also plans my workout days, tracks my progress, and helps me stay motivated. The best part is that I don’t have to spend money on a trainer and still get a great workout experience.
