The app is very easily accessible, easy to navigate, and I have had no problems whatsoever. Love the bank that provides such services as well. Don’t know what I would do without GPB
Gives you access to all the needed actions you could use for a bank. The only problem is you have to log in all the time with the password even when you have the FaceID enabled. It seems to happen most often when your in the line at checkout but other than that it’s a good app
I worked in the banking industry for 45 years. I witnessed a lot of changes such as charging fees and lack of personal service. But Great Plains has great customer service . It is so refreshing to walk in and be greeted, recognized all the while feeling myself and my money are in good hands
