This online application always works and is a major asset to our business and saves a great deal of our time and travel to the city. The employees always are 100% helpful if we have questions as to a deposit has been received, Brenda, or her staff, Annie, Terri Cheek and Wayne are always helpful as well as Cindy and Rachel and others in Tulsa Teller line. I have had no problems using the app. From depositing checks to checking on balances, everything works as it should. One suggestion....when I log out, I click LOG OUT....then it asks me “are you sure you want to log out?” And I have to press OK. Get rid of the logout confirmation. I wouldn’t have pressed it if I didn’t mean it. And if I accidentally did, I’d rather log back on once then have to press that second logout confirmation EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The mobile deposit feature has not worked in weeks. Get “RDC VENDOR” error message instead. I’ve called and talked to the tech team with no progress. Please fix!
Also, I really want to see a copy of each check that is deposited in my account, not just a deposit slip. When you have multiple checks of the same amount it makes it very difficult to see which has gone through and which has failed.
