Disgrace
They never answer calls, emails, applications... atm’s are always empty, and the application does not perform transactions. Above all, they work from 8:30 till 12:00, how are people supposed to come to the bank???

Worst baking Application
It is really terrible most of the time it gives error, I am out of town and I cant manage my accounts and sometimes it shuts down and doesnt open!! Must fix it!

Lot of problems
Unstable app No help If uninstalled should register again To register you don’t understand what to input! No help section Abroad should go on App Support that redirects you to sgbl.com that is a joke website and no mobile compatibility. Search for online banking in sgbl.com and no results. I hope it will be improved. You really need to see a serious online company. Regards.
