I have been a frequent savyour user and never have faced any problems until today,staff at burger lab luckyone is super pathetic though their manager was kind enough to compensate,i have availed buy 1 get 1 regular fries from smchs branch before and today i again availed this deal but super pathetic staff redeemed my offer and he didn't give me another free fries,he argued that this happens in smchs branch but not in luckyone,my question is then why savyour has offers for burger lab luckyone? If they can't satisfy customers with it,highly unprofessional. However after much argument,manager gave us complimentary regular fries. But kindly look into this matter
