App doesn’t work at all
The app won’t let me login to my account. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, but when I login to my account online or the other banking app it works just fine. I remember having this app when I first opened my account and it worked well, but one day it logged me out and I wasn’t able to login anymore. I had hoped it gotten fixed within the past 3 years, but guess not.

I’ve never been truly happy with my financial institutions before. Credit Union of Colorado is great. The apps and online banking work are easy and work really well

Card Control Feature Not Available on Website?!
I have been trying to access the card app all week and I keep getting - "Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." This is NOT a maintenance issue because I've been trying everyday at different hours and always the same message! I locked my cards and now I’m unable to UNLOCK THEM!!! Why isn't the card control feature available on the website?!?! Two apps from CUOFCO, one for banking and one for card controls, ZERO integration between the two and ZERO option to access to card control feature on the main website = HUGE FAIL!!!
