Let’s see I’ve been paying for service since August 2019 February it begin to mess up my family couldn’t use the service for the entire month of February so I called customer service and they told me to bring in my equipment maybe mines needed to be updated whatever that meant so I did I spent $40 in travels just to get there and be told I have to clear my bill completely before they hand over the new equipment so I did which was only $108 REALLY! ok so I take it home and what do you know they equipment doesn’t work they gave me a faulty router so I still couldn’t use the service so time goes on I continue to call for weeks and never could speak to anyone finally after two months of paying for service that I never could use I get through to someone and by a miracle they sent a technician out he fixed everything and just five days later here we go again. I wanna remove this service from my home completely they are the worst and the bad part is I cannot change companies because no other company services my area how about that so unless I pack up my whole family give up my house I’ve been living in for 40 years I’ll forever be stuck with this horrible service that I continue to pay for now they want $300 I’m not paying that where is my 2month credit for no service use.

I have never seen so much whining and crying by such a large group of ignorant people. It reminds me of when the TV app came out and people hated it. They hated it because they didn’t understand how it worked and they had changed the app to act more like a Netflix app which greatly improved his usability and effectiveness. At the time it had a rating in the low one to two range. It took me a couple days to figure it out but once I did I found to be great and have since given it a 5 star rating and i berated other users to take a second look. Now it has a 4 star rating. I say the same with this app. Stop whining and actually use it. If you don’t need it that doesn’t make it a bad app. If optimum service people mess up that does not make this a bad app. Focus on the app. It does everything you needed to do and it does it fine. It works well and quickly it doesn’t stall out or crash. I do not work for optimum and I have no vested interest in the success. I simply believe in fairness and honesty and the truth and this app works well much better than the ridiculous one star rating it is getting. My prediction is that once the haters shut up and everyone else gets involved this will have a rating near or better than four stars

All I need to say is every time I’ve ever had to log onto this app to make a payment, check outages (while I’m on data), this app is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS, experiencing a problem. There is always some type of technical difficulty happening with the app (not my network). There were 2 different times where I payed my balance, tried using the internet hours later and it told me that my payment didn’t go through, so I payed again and then was charged twice and then given credit instead of a refund during times where I couldn’t afford to lose that much money. I don’t even know what the wifi tab on the bottom menu bar is supposed to be because every time I’ve clicked it (on data, off data, when connected to my wifi) in every possible scenario it has never displayed whatever it’s supposed to display. It’s always either said it’s having a problem or it’s stuck buffering. This app looks like optimum paid a freelancer 50$ to make an app and then never had work done on it since. edit— ADD FACE ID PLEASE
