Dropped my notes. Difficult to see my schedule and slow to load. Wouldn’t recommend. Have to sign in every time when my phone times out. That’s annoying. Should at least stay on the last page seen. Back button doesn’t go back to last page. Kicks me out to sign in again. Not user friendly.

Update: I called tech support and I had to “refresh schedule” and now it is syncing. =============== I went through the itinerary on the website before this app was released and selected all of the sessions I wanted to attend. Now when I downloaded the app and logged in, my itinerary is completely blank, so I guess they don’t sync and I have to do it all over again in the app. Big design flaw if this is the case.

I absolutely loved the app! The app was extremely helpful and it allowed me to process my CEs in a timely manner. It saved me time from flipping through the conference book and looking for booths during the exhibition. One thing that I wish worked was the scanning of badges so that we could network and share profiles. Also it would have been helpful if the posters were arranged a bit better in the app. The morning CEs should also be a part of the app to process CEs, maybe that can be negotiated with PROCE in the future. Also having a post feature within the app (similar to IG would be nice for all of the organizations that have a social networking functions). This will remind users or even allow more users to see the post and improve attendance. Also when taking notes during the CEs the notes section did not expand as it should. This feature can also be improved for taking notes within the app on all devices.
