The app was useful to book appointments, but buggy, with a lot of crashed during the process. Button “I don’t need reconfirming” didn’t worked - always got messages with the treat that they will cancel booking if I don’t reconfirm in WhatsApp (nonsense). And last 3 weeks they started to send multiple notifications per day about available slots for services I even never used. It’s 2 not 1 just in respect for old good times in Kyiv.
I moved to USA and wanted to change the country to make appointments in my new location, but after selecting country USA the app doesn’t select the city and I can’t continue with selecting city and setting up my account. Please fix it, it’s really critical production bug. Thanks
The app doesn’t work and doesn’t allow to schedule an appointment. UX is also horrible and goes against the logic. Either kill it or improve it. It says a lot about your brand and how you want to treat your customers.
