Muscle & Motion: Yoga

I’ve been teaching yoga for a few years and believe there’s a unique ability to improve mind body coordination using the practice. Unfortunately, I’m no expert on anatomy. Most of my students are over 60 and anatomical break downs like this are life changing. Killer app. Id love to see some sort of mobility function introduced to the model. Not just hide or isolate an area, but user manipulated movement. Thanks so much for this app 💜

If you are a visual leaner like me this app really helps give you a clear understanding of what muscles are being activated in yoga poses as well as what and how the joints are moving. I haven’t tried the paid version yet but really impressed so far by the free version.

I have learned a lot from this app. Books are good, but can’t beat the 3D short clips offered here. I would love to see a quiz section for the muscles covering origin, insertion, and action. I have really enjoy the short clips and detailed explanations though. For visual learners, this is a must have app. I could have also used this while going through nursing school, but for yoga, this is my favorite app. Great job!
