They pop-up approximately every 4 seconds, completely obscuring the screen, thus making the app unusable. This on top of the top banner and bottom banner ads. So, three simultaneous ads - one of which blocks the screen completely for 30 seconds then returns 4 seconds later. Don’t reward this behavior.

BGR offered this app for free on Jan 12th with a description that there were “NO ADS!” Not only were there ads, unless you paid an additional $1.99, the ads would pop up making the calculator completely useless literally ever 5 seconds. I wasn’t even able to do a single calculation in between pop-ups. I hate it when developers and BGR collude to offer “free” software that cannot be used unless you pay money. I am all for buying software that works and developers getting paid, but don’t use dishonest tactics to lure potential suckers, I mean users in. I certainly don’t trust paying this particular developer any money after this.

WORST APP EVER!! Cannot be used in “free” version because you are bombarded by pop up ads one immediately after the next. Could not do even 1 keypunch on this because of how fast pop ups load in rapid Fire succession. Even in the middle fo writing this review, a pop up ad came on and blocked me from finishing. Don’t bother downloading it unless you plan to buy it - there is no ability to even try to use the “free” version. A complete waste of time that, had the ads been even reasonably timed, I probably would have bought anyway. Not now though - wouldn’t give these guys 99 pennies for this because of the clear deception in the marketing of the “free” version. WORTHLESS AND USELESS!!!!
