I love all these games. But for some reason I can’t play them all the time. Even if I am on WiFi or not. Help need to find a solution

Ads are so obnoxious!! Yes, I have the choice to remove the ads for a fee, however I have played other games with options to remove the ads and those particular games don’t muck up my screen with so many ads!! Very irritating and I just started playing today.
Also, the game will kick me out or freeze from time to time. Not very enjoyable. This game has possibilities and that’s why I’m not giving it a 1 star. If these problems continue and I’ve lost whatever patience, then I will probably end up deleting. Need to address the technical issues!!
