I’ve now had the pleasure of having several wonderful treatments from various Blow therapists and everyone of them as been fantastic! On time, professional friendly and the treatments I’ve received have been the best I’ve ever had! Can’t fault them at all, and I’m never going back to a salon! Thank you Blow what great App, top quality therapists in my phone, what’s not to love about that.

The app itself works fine it’s the company that is the problem. Every time I book an appointment they then cancel at the last minute saying that there is no one available. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried booking appointments on multiple occasions and have never yet had one fulfilled. They’re on a 100% fail rate. I am beginning to wonder if anyone works for them. To make matters worse the last time I scheduled a hair appointment they made me take a patch test, have a 30 minute video conference as a consultation to only be called 48 hours later saying that there was no one available. Why on earth do a consultation and waste my time if there is no one to carry out the appointment.

I’ve been trying to book through their app for 2 weeks now but every time the calendar starts loading and it doesn’t let me select any day. I have deleted the app and redownload it but the issue is still there. I am surprised no one has spotted it yet.
