When I first started playing this app it was good but now they don’t address problems or complaints. You don’t get your points when dabbing rubies, you get docked for numbers not called (meaning they haven’t shown up on the call history, and when you don’t get time to dab the last number called because a bingo has already been called you get docked for that as well. You can’t click the bonus on the daily spin, or on the claim icon. Get it together people! Also you’d think there would be more bingos available, 15 people playing and only 4 bingos? Come on.

I enjoy playing your game but you need to make some changes. First more power ups should be given. I also buy power ups but for some reason I am unable to get freebies from app page. Game also boots you out then you have to go back in and play catch up. You need to allow us to dab last number on cards when bingos are done frustrating when you get missed a few. Lastly why are people always getting booted in chat room I for one have not but I can’t see why they are getting booted. Where are the rules so people know what they can say in their chat. Hopefully someone listens as the game is fun and with some improvements could be better.
