I like the idea and happy to help to deepening our understanding and knowledge around aging. It doesn’t seem like the app is fully leveraging all the data available through Health app. It’s just grabbing heart rate and steps. There is lots available that I think would make any AI model more powerful such as blood pressure, weight, exercise details, glucose, vo2max, sleep, etc. the fact that weight is set just as an input value during initial setup but doesn’t pull from Health seems like a miss. Certainly not everyone has other devices that contribute these data values into Health for this app to leverage. However, many of us do so the ai model should be flexible to calculate on a wide range of attributes and perhaps become more meaningful as the number of attributes increases. If you are going to pull data from Health, why just 2???

It says on the program. Check back in a few days for results. But I have and still nothing. I have since downloading the app have had some runs and a couple of workouts and nothing shows

This app quickly loaded my health data and gave me useful predictions of my biological age, my resilience (recovery time from stress), and my position on the biological age distribution. I’d love the addition of more metrics!!
