Fails to execute
Won’t connect for initial flash via Bluetooth. Packaging, device and instructions do not indicate where device serial number can be found. App brings up serial number that matches nothing on device. Is that from my previous RR2 long gone? If it doesn’t connect via Bluetooth the extra money spent on RR2 is wasted.

Nice idea but terrible execution
This app just doesn’t work, tried multiple times to flash the rr2 and it fails every time! So when they issue an update for your vehicle, you have to pull out the module and connect to a laptop to update. For the cost of all this, it is unacceptable. Clearly they don’t fix the glitches and just don’t care about the practicality or their customers. Subaru BRZ , rr2 with HRSU2

Glitchy
When setting steering wheel buttons, it will set the button above on the list for what you had selected instead of the one you tapped meaning you cannot effectively update the last item on the list. ‘12 challenger CH1 harness, maestro v2
