Guajrat travels served me a premium service , there seats are very comfortable. The driver and staff were Co-operative. I would always choose Gujarat Travels for my future trips.

I booked a seat with a timing of 12:05 AM, but without any prior information, the bus timing was changed to 11:30 PM. No message, no call, nothing. When I tried contacting their numbers, one person was rude and unhelpful, and another gave completely wrong information saying the bus was cancelled. Later, their own office gave a different update. This clearly shows poor management, no coordination, and no respect for customers’ time. No updates, no tracking, no proper response — just complete mismanagement. I travel frequently and this is honestly one of the worst services I’ve experienced. Will never book again and would not recommend to anyone.

Travel is mis-representing customers by mentioning following things - 1. Bharat Benz - You will feel you are seating in roller coaster ride & won’t be able to eat or drink anything. Buses are not Bharat Benz. 2. GPS - No GPS tracking facility available. 3. There is no door or protection in sleeper. 4. Seats quality is also poor. 5. Driver will take passengers as & when found on street without carrying about passenger safety. 6. Driver had switched off charging facility and argued with passengers for not restarting.
