FYI, by downloading this application, you are treated to a 2 minute commercial for tai chi class you could take, but you have to pay $9.99 to even see the class! All this app is, is a quick two minute infomercial by the teacher I guess, but to attend the class, you first must pay. To reiterate, all you get by downloading this application is A 2 MINUTE COMMERCIAL FOR THE TAI CHI CLASS YOU CAN BUY, NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE, including Tai Chi i guess.
This is a nice way to build strength in arms, legs, and core but is also relaxing and stress relieving. I hope Davis adds more workouts. I’d love to see one with the heavier Tai chi ball!
Nice app 👍
