Very responsive customer services.
Don’t panic if you buy a Card and your bank charged you but you don’t immediately access the card you ordered. Just contact customer services and they’ll settle it down for you in couple of minutes.

This app is a scam! I have made a purchase of an iTunes gift card, paid them US$400 for it, and when I asked to receive the codes, they asked for proof of payment and a screenshot of the sms confirming payment. I did send them the screenshot which had the last 4 digits of my credit card, sent them my name and the name of my bank. They came back with bizarre requests, such as a photocopy of my credit card, and a photocopy of my ID, etc. This has all the symptoms of a fraud attempt, and they did not refund my payment yet. Highly recommend no one deals with them.
