No communication!!
It would have been nice to know about my rental fee going up, been renting with them for years now, and this the first time I was not informed about the fees going up. Been having issues getting into my storage and no one has tried to help me. All of a sudden my keys doesn’t work, but there wasn’t a lock change. Never missed a payment, reached out to them and never heard anything back. So now I’m left with paying for a lock removal! In order to get into my storage unit!!
