This app has very poor customer service (late replies that don’t really help). Something as simple as exchanging currency from hkd to usd can take an endless number of days (in fact, I am still waiting for my request to go through and it s been 3 days). I find it mind-boggling that a trading app of such poor quality has been approved to operate in Hong Kong. Has nobody tested it before it went live here?! How is it possible? I am a small retail investor just trying out investing on my own and even a simple customer like me can’t be handled. I can’t imagine how other more serious traders would deal with this app! There is also a rankings feature that feature the same top 20 (fake?) people all the time. It feels like I am working with a toy app! Except I have money trapped in there! I am considering reporting this app to the SFC or Consumer Council if the situation doesn’t improve in the next few days. This is an app that handles real money — at a loss for words!

It has a very neat interface. I feel safe using this app because everytime I login I receive an email tho some of you might think the opposite, I enjoyed it. Slight delay in the price update, but it’s quite user friendly if you are an amateur individual investor. The functions are not as fruitful as others on the market, but as I said, it’s enough for somebody that’s new to stocks like myself. Keep it up! Looking forward to more app updates!

I am the beginner for US stock market. I think the apps is quite simple and easy to control. However, the network is very unstable. When every time login at 930 pm (HKT), it has connected problem. The app is automatically shut down ...and it takes long time to login again because it stays in the front page showing loading .. I have Ben using the apps for 2 weeks and feel like very tiring .. everyday facing the same technical problem... Would you please do testing on the system and try to understand the end users experience ? It is not just time wasting being stuck in the front page and it also makes you miss a chance to buy stocks at a good price :(
