I have now used this app for over a month each day, and it encouraged discipline for me to meditate regularly, and motivates me to increase my number of sittings, and finally, being big into keeping my own stats, this has allowed me the ease of recording each hour.
I highly recommend this, if you are a serious meditator and want to get to the next level. Also if you are having trouble meditating daily, and you are a beginner, give it a try, I think it will help you up your disciple and practice.
