This app is useless. I cannot get it to synchronise my account. When I login to my account through a desktop browser, my doctor and practice are there as are all of my appointments. I login using the mobile app and nothing. No doctor, no appointments. I can’t add a practice on the mobile app so I can’t make an appointment. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing.

This app takes a long time to load on my Samsung phone, so long that I kept thinking that it was frozen. It may be my phone, so I will download it on my iPad and see if it is more efficient. I like the appointment reminders, but it is a shame that you can not book an appointment with your doctor. Other medical apps offer this option. I assume that Practices did not want this function. This was the function that I was looking for and it is not there!

Seems useful. One star off because the app crashes every time when you paste a password during the new account process. Another star off for failing to provide a feedback process in the app.
