No good report with the new app. This one is equally as bad as the last version. Bought this spa with wifi capability to check on while we travel but so far it’s just as inconsistent as the previous version. Terrible app. Has worked once since I owned the spa two months ago but only for a day with numerous faults. Automatically turned spa down without me touching the app. I have been in constant contact with balboa rep but still does not work. I’ll revise my 1 star if they can get it fixed. Very disappointed so far as this is supposed to be a top of the line spa Crown Marquis.

I’m not sure how this app has anything above a 2 star rating considering it is the worst app I’ve ever used. It is a terrible interface and drops offline continuously. When it is working it lags and is painfully slow.
