Whether it’s on the phone or at Elm street, I have “NEVER” been disappointed in my thirty plus years as a member. Thank you one and all of the Greylock Team!!!

I’ve never seen an app or banking institution be so far behind every other bank technologically. Their app is so bad. I’m constantly being charged late fees for payments. I thought I made due to the apps, inability to update efficiently or in a timely manner. Customer service would much sooner harass you then help you based off of their own system systems faults. Apparent how much this company makes and can’t even invested into a little app development 🤮

I am happy to tell anyone who will listen how much I appreciate the service that Greylock provides. However, I am writing today to applaud Greylock for the recent community outreach projects that are bold and humane. Thank you! I am very careful where I shop , boycotting so many I barely can shop anymore and to ensure I am adding to the solution of these troubled times. I am thrilled to say my bank demonstrates the community vision and humane ethics that are vital for us to hold onto right now. Thank you Greylock!
