Mobilize Community Management

This app was a lifesaver for my organization during the pandemic. I was singing your praises to everyone. Now it’s totally useless. Why? Because every time I open it, the app crashes. Every. Time. I can still access on my laptop but not very helpful when I’m on the go and need information. Please update. Having an app that continuously crashes feels very 10 years ago

I do have an older iPhone, but this is the first app I have found that I can’t use. The sign-up screen doesn’t allow scrolling, and the iOS keyboard blocks the button, so I haven’t been able to get past the sign-up page even though I have typed in my name and password. Please make the app’s design responsive. I’m part of a team testing this app to see if it will work for our group of about 100 people, and I can’t even get in to try it out, so I’ll have to report that it won’t work… at all. :/ Open to revising my review if I’m able to use the app before we settle on another platform. I was looking for an easy way to streamline communication among professionals STATEWIDE. I was told it wasn’t possible. But we’re doing it. Still learning and working out the kinks, but it’s a GREAT start. Everything we needed and then some. If I could see new registrants in the app instead of having to log in on my computer I’d have given it 5 stars. It’s that good. ^_^
