Extremely Unreliable
Drivers are always late, or don’t arrive at all. The live location of the vehicle does not work and the support the app offers is an automated chatbot. Seems like it could be a great option for a flexible transportation method, but every time you use this service is a gamble. I was planning on using the service today and it got cancelled without any notification. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It crashes every time I try to open it. No way to access my tickets. No help available. BOT essentially useless.
