Two iPhones now and still randomly closes as I try and open it

This app needs automatic dark mode like yesterday!As well as app dark tint that came with iOS 18. This bright white app is very bright at night. It’s the only app on my homepage that doesn’t have dark tint and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Unfortunately my job forces us to use the app, otherwise I wouldn’t need to have this app. Please fix, those 2 things and it would be a whole lot better.

I’m required to use this for my employer’s website so I don’t have a choice but to use it. I’ve had to operational issues. Currently using iPhone 15. It would be nice to: 1) Have a Dark Screen option. I have to use this in the middle of the night and it can burn Superman’s retinas easily. 2) It would be nice to have have it go back to the Accounts screen when returning to the app from anywhere else. Thanks!
