The app keeps periodically telling me that I am not subscribed when I have purchased a yearly subscription

I have tried repeatedly, since February 2021 to cancel my subscription and no one has gotten back to me. They raised their prices too much this year and I could not cancel because NO ONE got back to me. Good news coverage but bad, negligent, non-existent customer service. I tried to cancel via PayPal. Stay away, I want news coverage and customer service. If no customer service, do not want their product. Horrible.
