3rd revision of rating: Increasing my rating slightly. I finally heard back. They changed rewards on some rooms so I wasn’t being shorted, but they really should be more clear when they change the game. They should also be more responsive to messages to support. There’s no reason to let a player send MULTIPLE messages without a response. I’m glad they finally started giving freebies on the Facebook page too. 2nd revised rating (lowered again): I think this message to support says it all: “My daily bonus remains 37 although I’ve completed 2 additional puzzles, so I should now be receiving a daily bonus of 39. I’ve sent support messages about this at least 7 times. Because of this error, I’m being shorted credits daily, and I barely receive enough to play more than 45 minutes or so per day as it is. I’m VERY frustrated by the lack of any response to my requests for help. I’m someone who has made multiple purchases on this game. I would think you’d be more attentive to your players, especially paying customers. I will post this message to the app page if this issue isn’t addressed. At the very least, I expect a reply.” 1st revised rating: Lowered my rating, and I’ll probably lower it again if things don’t change. The only reason I can play more than 2 games a day is fb friends send gifts. Games won pay the same amount the card costs. There’s no extra credits for winning 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. The fb app page is a joke. They rarely post gift links, and despite the “ very responsive to messages” statement on the page, they don’t really reply to you. They just send a generic auto-response. App doesn't award sufficient credits to play regularly. If they did, they'd probably get more players because it's a fun game. They don't answer messages on Facebook either. You can't send gifts by clicking othe players in the game like you can with Super Bingo (same developer). Too bad...

This game is fun sometimes but unless you want to spend your own money to buy boosters it is not much fun! Today I had to dob many numbers two or three times before they lit up and then I was way behind in the numbers. They also go too fast some of the times. You also do not give enough points. I won’t be playing very often.
