No longer works
It used to be mostly functional (even with a super laggy search function) but now it crashes when I attempt to open it. I did uninstall and reinstall multiple times and my phone is fully updated. I’m glad that by chance I had screenshot my library card a few weeks ago because I can no longer rely on the app to use my digital card to check books out. Wish it could be fixed ASAP

Crashed app
For past several days the app has not been working. I tried to check out a book at the self checkout but had to go to the desk. Not a major issue since it was right there. The app won’t open at all on my phone so I can’t access my account or the event calendar. Most inconvenient.

App keeps crashing
The app was working great until a few days ago. I opened it at the library and navigated to my digital library card but when I went to scan my card the app just quit. Since then it won’t stay open. I am running the latest update on my iPhone and I have tried all the usual troubleshooting (restart phone, delete and reload app, etc. ) but to no avail. To make matters worse, I am unable to contact the developer. Very frustrating!!
