Overall good apps but lack Face ID feature for iPhone X users. No sign of DBS adding this feature despite iPhone X has been released for about a year.

When clicked on deposito it shuts down automatically. This happens a lot!!
Also when tried to transfer, if you firgot to fill out something the message is too generic like can’t be processed at this time. If the message said that this fiels needs to be filled out I would have known what to do instead of thinking that the app has bugs.

The app has been updated several times this year, but still the bugs persist. It is a rare instance I’ve had a smooth experience from login to finish in ANY transaction. Usually it would give error : time out. Multiple times....
It is extremely frustrating to do any transactions. If they want to push online banking, reduce manual banking, I think they would have programmed the app differently.
I thought Singaporean are smart and efficient.
