This is a great app when it works, but it often stops working... At the moment the app hasn't been working for the last 10 days. It keeps saying 'Error' when I try to pay. I've tried everything to make it work - I even took the app off my phone and then a few days later I downloaded the app again - but it's still not working. Very frustrating!
While its a great concept, it is beyond frustrating when EVERY TIME I open it there is ALWAYS connection problems with the app or components of the app. There has NEVER been an exception to this and it's not that it's ever been at a time when I have had connectivity issues with my phone because EVERYTHING else is working perfectly. So it's not a connectivity issue unless it's on your side, which then I strongly advise that you fix it ASAP. Now that we've covered some of the basic functionality that isn't "functioning", here is a suggestion for improvement please? The app should allow you to add more than 1 car to your profile, because in our household it is more efficient as we use 1 bank account and 1 mail, so to create a separate email, in order to create a separate profile only for this 1 app when we could have both cars allocated to 1 app profile is substantially more practical, effective and efficient. Would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
I find the idea of the app great, but it has been implemented wrongly. It’s like having a great business idea but having the wrong person managing it. If you have an app that eases payment of the toll charges for everyone, but then when you have a rental car, you are unable to register for an account, then that is annoying. A lot of people, both locals and tourists use rental cars, so it would make much sense registering n just leaving the CC details so next time all you have to do is click on pay IN your registered account. This would also ease having to pick up the CC each time you wanted to make a payment. At present this is possible only if you have a private owned car!
