We sent them around $5800 worth of goods to usa. they lost our shipment from usa to iraq. it has been over 10 months. we have talked to the owner of the company mr Ammar, to the manager of shopini world mr Rami, to Mr Mohamad, and to Mr mustafa. they all promised to solve our problem. it has been 10 months and we are still waiting. so my rating will not change unless we get our money back. I will add the screenshots of the messages of all the above mentioned people in the coming days if no good solutions are found. until now we are waiting because we believe that they will do something about it. however if we did not get our money back, then we have to take our case to the police and we will file claim in erbil court.

You order something and after 2 days they call you at an inappropriate time to tell you that it’s unavailable. You can’t change the order unless you order again through the app, even it it’s a color change. After 2 days they call you again apologizing and so on. The app crashes quite frequently. Probably the worst shopping app I’ve used so far.
