Amazing Lash Studio

Takes forever to load the information. Let’s you make appointments but can’t cancel them without calling. When I want to see my rewards, wallet, account it says there’s nothing there. Can make and book appts so that’s something. My home Wi-Fi provider won’t let me use the app because it says it’s suspicious…maybe that’s why they don’t store rewards, wallet on there. At least my emails have good information. You’ve been around long enough and this day & age your apps need to work, and work well. Probably losing lots of potential clients because of this.

The app user flow makes no sense, First screen makes you choose a studio even if you already have an “account”. I created an account when I made an appointment and now need to cancel my appointment. The My appointments tab/menu option just freezes the entire app and I have to force close it. Was any QA at all done on this app? It is useless to me.

First of all this brand is awesome. Since I started getting my lashes done year or so ago, the lash stylists have always gone out of their way to make sure I leave confident. I’ve sent many of my friends there and they love their look as well. The app makes it easy to book appointments while I’m on the go and make sure I get Sarah who is absolutely the best at lashes.
