Equisense Inside

I have used Equisense for many many years and rarely had any issues. Now with the new update it’s terrible…not tracking any of my statistics. No symmetry info…no way to any comparison. I used to be able to see the symmetry at different times in the ride, so I could see how my horse warms up…now there is NO symmetry details…it’s just gone. I even subscribed (and the better / old version has been feee to use…of course after you spend hundreds on the sensor’s it should be free). I can’t believe they launched this version in this condition. They need to switch back to the old version ASAP before we loose more data! Other issues…I can’t open the pictures I loaded up in the past. Super bummed! So now you have to pay AND it doesn’t work! :(

Last update seems to have crashed the app. When I try to look at my elevation or symmetry more critically and zoomed in, the app freezes and I have to restart it. Please fix this.

This app is wonderful and I have plans to buy the sensor soon, however I've noticed on my iPhone XR that the icons at the bottom of the home screen appear mushed together and are hard to tap. Also when I try to delete an activity for my horse, it gives me the "Are you sure you want to delete this activity?" prompt, but never actually deletes it. (I have good service, so it doesnt seem to be a network issue) Sometimes it gets hung up when I try to refresh afterwards. Just wanted to share in case the devs weren't aware of these issues. Otherwise, it's lovely and great work!
