They get great photos of my child but the photo quality is brutal. Sucks there’s nowhere to download a high res version
The quality of the photos uploaded are awful. It looks like the cameras from 2010. I have state of art phone and laptop, and can’t have a decent photo of my kid.
The service this app provides is amazing. I love being able to check in on my kid. The execution however is pretty glitchy. I usually have to open-force-close-open the app like 3-4 times before the video will actually play. There is some default error message about streaming being blocked, but it shows up no matter what network or WiFi I’m on. And maybe 1/3 days it says I have the wrong login and locks me out, even though it’s a saved password and it worked yesterday. So, amazing for what it ultimately does, but a major tech hurdle to get there.
