After hours of trying to get my two new cameras hooked up, I finally realized I had bought the wrong cameras for our router. They were a prime day deal, I don’t remember the 2.5 vs 5g description but either way, we bought the wrong thing. I apologize for the initial review but I will leave it here in case someone else has the same issue. Sorry again, upped the star count.
Just bought two of these cameras and neither will recognize my router password. I have had several different cameras like this for years and have tried with these, all of the tips and tricks I’ve done in the past. These still do not recognize my wifi router at all. Kind of useless without that!

I am so frustrated with this app. First when you open it you have to watch a few seconds of an ad first. I know a few seconds doesn’t sound like much but when you’re trying to check on your baby it is super annoying to have to wait for the skip button and then wait for the camera to load. I already paid for the camera so why am I getting ads?! Second of all every time I click an image from the motion capture, which I do quite often if I’m trying to figure out what time my baby woke up from their nap, a pop up trying to get me to but cloud storage comes up over the image I’m trying to look at. And if I’m trying to quickly click through several pictures I get to see that pop up every time. I have owned this camera for 6 months and am finally irritated badly enough to write this review. Do better!!

I paid for this product. And I can’t use it without having an ad pop up first thing, filling the entire screen and preventing me from quickly going into the video when I need to see what’s happening? And having the X be tiny and having I look for it. And now, you have an ad that plays horribly loud music? And my volume wasn’t even up! It was at 35%. How DARE you play loud music on my phone, without permission or warning. Even when you’re already in the screen showing the camera video, STILL your insanely loud music plays.
At no point did I sign anything that says you can do this. Now I have to throw an entire product away, because I can’t use it, without using your awful spam bloatware. Oh, and its My phone. No one is using it. And no one gets in without a password. I don’t need to have to login every single time! This is a cheap camera. It’s not guarding gold.

【Description of Auto-Renewal Service (Subscription)】
1.If you have activated this auto-renewal service through Apple ID and do not actively cancel it within the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") bound to the auto-renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period (subject to Apple's actual deduction rules).
