Love all the amenities, there is something for everyone and every fitness level. The trainers are fantastic. They’ll push and inspire and are great with rehabbing from injuries. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. And the best front desk staff too. Facility is clean, in good condition and is always being upgraded. An overall great place for your fitness and friendship needs.

I love that I can jump into this app and see which classes are available. My schedule is erratic, so I have to plan day to day to get exercise in. I can jump in, find a class, and schedule it 24 hours in advance. This helps me commit to working out regularly!

I love this app. It makes it easy for me to sign into group classes and track my goals. I love the calendar feature that allows me to view past month to see if I’m keeping up my progress.
