MBH Bank App (korábban MKB)

When I forget to add the name of the partner the app kindly reminds me to that; and in the very same time it erases ALL the details that I have already typed in. So I can type in everything again…annoying. Why cannot we photoscan, autofill and pay a yellow (or any colour of) cheque? This basic function exists in competitors’ apps for almost a decade now. If contracts were not tie me to MKB, I’d leave it. The app is a good indicator of the some sorts of (lack of) user friendliness and modernity of the bank in general.

I’m using an iPhone SE (2th generation) with updated software, I think this a very common configuration and should be supported. The application basically works, but it contains a lot missing / wrong texts, random error messages (like expired tokens and communication errors) appear everytime, random confusing transitions happen between the screens… It looks like a beta version software developed by a junior developer, not like the official mobile application of a bank which I should trust. Did anybody test it in an iPhone? I guess no…

..ly bad! If I had an IT class full of people, eager to study, this application would be the perfect example how not to write programs for iOS. In case you can sign in (most probably you cannot) it is a really good application, however, that rarely happens. MKB had an IT maintenance lately, looks like they missed a few sectors that should have been on the post from the very beginning. Oh, and if you call Helpdesk, they can’t really help you out.. So do not bother hanging on the line for 45-60 mins. Regards, Mark
