The app is good, but the social skills of the two police officers approaching people can be improved. Sometimes we feel scared when Tuan just come, ask “Are we Malaysian?”, and take photos without permission, saying “this is just for bukti, brp ramai download this app.” With so many scammers on CS, people might even think Tuan are scammers because of how Tuan approach us without asking. Please improve the way Tuan approach people and always ask permission before taking photos.

Need to have notification if we have submitted balik kampung. Or else we are not sure it’s working or not. 1 star for the app developer and MAMPU. 5 star to the PDRM. They came 3 times a day, took photo of my house before they left. Today they came for a final checking and took photo of us in the house as a prove we are back home.

I was annoyed by a group of people making noise and playing firecracker at 3 something in the morning outside my house. Decided to install this app but I was skeptical at first whether police will come. I made a report with this app, and within 10 minutes got police car come and warn them. As for the TAC, I didn’t get at first but waited a few minutes and request again before I get it.
