SWAT Passenger

The driver comes on time as shown the app. The app keeps jumping time every minute and a ride with ETA of 1-2 minutes suddenly becomes 10 minutes. Usually late by 10-15 min. And if you cancel cause the ride is late, you are penalized with canc charges.

Poor customer service! Unreliable transport! This company does not have its own vehicles nor drivers. They engage external drivers (eg. school bus drivers, etc) and some who may have driven non-stop the night before! Timing is always not accurate! DO NOT TRY!

Price is good, driver is punctual at pick up. pick up location is at the oddest landmark. There is no timely support to the service. I have had to drop off at a random location to take a taxi because the system did not register that I board the bus and hence no destination made. the driver does not access any support back to company and could not care less that I am the first passenger and after an hour still took me to a ride island-wide even though I told him it looks like the route he took does not send me to my location.
